NYC Developer seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support major commercial to residential conversion projects.
Seeking candidate with 3-5 years of Project Management related experience in relevant GC, CM, Owner Rep or Developer, environment. Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering or related discipline required. Experience/exposure to complex, new construction or major residential renovation projects executed in New York City preferred. Must demonstrate strong communication skills, ability to coordinate and work with range of personnel from field to executive level. Strong organization, commitment and high degree of accountability.
