Mon-Fri Schedule

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, business, etc.)
• Present quotes, explain coverage options, and guide clients through the application process

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage renewals and cross-sales

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

• Maintain accurate client and sales records in the agencys management system

• Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations

• No prior insurance experience required full training provided
• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license preferred (not required)

• Licensing costs covered for qualified candidates

• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

• Strong organizational and time management abilities
