We are looking for Order Selectors for one of North America’s leading pure play wholesale food distributors. They specialize in natural & organic, specialty, and fresh products, helping brands reach retail shelves and online platforms.

Order Selector Available Shift

• 7pm-3:30 am $20.75 hourly pay rate

The Order Selector is responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting dry goods products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for client retail partners.

Order Selector Key Responsibilities:

• Select customer orders using voice pick or RF scanning technology.
• Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment to transport selected items.
• Ensure accuracy in product selection, quantity, and labeling.
• Stack and shrink-wrap pallets for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dry goods area.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Meet productivity and quality standards set by the facility.
• Report any inventory discrepancies or product damages to the Supervisor immediately.
• Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, Raymond forklifts) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Work in compliance with company policies, food safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent .
• 1 year of warehouse or order selection experience
• Previous warehouse or order selection experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse systems and equipment.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems and technology (voice pick, RF scanners)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.

Pay: $20.75 per hour
