The Opportunity: We're looking for dedicated
1st Shift Forklift Operators (Sit-Down Forklift) to join our dynamic team at our 280 Manor Avenue facility.
- Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM
- Work 38.5 hours and get paid for 40!
- Occasional overtime may be required.
What You'll Do: As a key player in our operations, you'll:
- Stage completed pallets for shipment at dock doors.
- Load finished pallets onto designated trailers.
- Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and in pristine condition.
- Utilize RF scanning technology to streamline order selection.
- Keep work areas clean and organized to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with plant management and contribute to operational success.

- No sit-down forklift experience? Please don't apply.
- Stable employment record preferred.
- Firm Starting Rate: $18.00 per hour / with possible rate increase after successful 60-Day Introductory Period.

Requirements
What You Bring to the Table: - Experience: 1-2 years as a Sit-Down Forklift Operator (cherry pickers / pallet jacks / reach trucks don't count).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Skills: - Strong understanding of warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in RF scanning equipment.
- Excellent math, reading, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
