Job DescriptionJob Description Job Title: In-field X-Ray Service Technician Description: Traveling electrical/mechanical technician for in-field services to security X-ray equipment Location: Las Vegas, NV (approx.) Terms: Salaried In-Field Position Requirements:

• 5+ Years repair technician experience
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in servicing and repairing large machines/appliances
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, manuals, and work instructions
• Reliable personal transportation
• Travel weekly within designated region
• Physical ability to work low to the ground and lift loads up to 50lbs.

Preferences:

• Experience with X-ray equipment a plus
• Experience in electrical wiring, test instrumentation, and equipment troubleshooting to component level
• Degree in electronic or mechanical technology, or similar experience
• PC literacy (Google & Microsoft applications)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Performing repairs and maintenance services to customers in the Mid to Southern regions of the US
• Prompt, professional communication with Autoclear customers regarding troubleshooting and scheduling
• Diagnosing electrical or mechanical issues from in-field failures
• Comprehensive reporting on in-field findings for trend analysis
• Periodic travel (~2x annually) to Autoclear HQ
