Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to join our team in Nanticoke. This role involves approximately 70% forklift operation and 30% general warehouse duties , ensuring efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and move products within the warehouse and onto trucks.
• Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, and organizing stock.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies.
• Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of forklift operation in a warehouse setting.
• Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
