NOW HIRING: WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Summary:

As a Warehouse Associate with Rescue Air and Plumbing, you will be responsible for maintaining all warehouse operations. The main duties include meeting deadlines and ensuring smooth warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, supervising staff, and managing inventory with warehouse systems.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Ability to build strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners; Works collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices.
• Communicates with energy, positivity to motivate, influence, and inspire commitment and action to attain company goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications related to warehouse management.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and methods preferred.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a warehouse role.
• In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in inventory software, Microsoft Office, or Google Suite.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.
• Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Forklift certification preferred.
