What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet volunteer recruitment metrics
• Conduct face-to-face recruiting activities to attract and approve volunteer applicants
• Support the ongoing refinement of the Regional Volunteer Recruitment Plan
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key recruitment agencies and organizations
• Maintain accurate records of potential and actual volunteer leads

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum three to five years of related experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license and good driving record, with willingness to travel 50%

• Experience working with volunteers and in volunteer management
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Outgoing personality with the ability to relate to diverse groups
• Recruitment background or experience in social services
• Computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office applications
