Key Duties/Responsibilities Promote volunteer openings across platforms. Respond to inquiries about volunteering. Screen applications and schedule interviews. Maintain a recruitment tracking system. Attend community events to recruit in person. Required Skills/Competencies Strong communication and people skills. Basic tech skills (email, spreadsheets, forms). Organized and self-directed. Comfortable speaking with new people. Ability to follow recruitment protocols.
