In this role, you will ensure that our retail displays are visually appealing and effectively promote brands within many different store types. Your expertise in visual merchandising will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company standards Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device Smartphones are required for reporting; tablets are not supported. iOS users should use an iPhone 11 or newer, while Android users need a device from 2020 or after with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest.
