About this opportunity

PAM Transport is looking to add a Video Producer to their Tontitown media team! The Video Producer is responsible for creating, running, and coordinating the creative development of projects. This includes video and photos for social media, internal communications, and advertising initiatives.

Pay and Schedule

This position is Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. The pay range is $55,000 to $65,000 dependent on experience.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Create content through videos and other forms of multi-media from idea development to final product delivery.
• Develop raw content into a marketable material across various platforms based on project goals and objectives.
• Assist with scriptwriting and text development to support video and advertising needs.
• collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Human Resources, Operations, Recruiting, Sales, etc. To ensure consistent communication and identify opportunities to support the PAM Transport brand strategy internally and externally.
• Work individually and as part of a team to guide projects to completion.
• Project organization and ability to spearhead multiple projects at once and produce final deliverables on time.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong experience with Adobe CC, PremierePro, After Effects, and Lightroom. Knowledge of Photoshop is also a plus.
• Previous experience with professional grade videography, photography, and audio equipment. Such as brands like Canon, Blackmagic, and DJI..
• Attentive to detail and strong time management skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in videography, editing, and photography.
• Bachelor’s degree in film production, journalism, communications, or a related field or professional work experience equivalent.
