WHAT OUR SENIOR DIRECTOR, INTEGRATED RESIDENTIAL ADVERTISING AND MARKETING ENJOY MOST
Leading and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and executional excellence.
Developing campaigns to support brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through digital and traditional marketing channels.
Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are inclusive, culturally relevant, and impactful, connecting with diverse customer segments through tailored messaging, creative content, and media placement.
Overseeing end-to-end campaign management, from strategy and creative development to execution and performance analysis, ensuring initiatives align with customer journey insights and deliver personalized, relevant messaging across all touchpoints.
Leading integrated marketing efforts across digital, social, paid media, direct marketing, TV, email, retail, and call centers to create a seamless customer experience and optimize engagement and conversions.
You will actively support efforts to enhance the customer experience by staying ahead of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies, driving innovation, and establishing KPIs and reporting frameworks. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years in integrated marketing, advertising, or omnichannel campaign management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, or a related field; or equivalent work experience and education.
Technical Skills: Proven success in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable impact. Expertise in audience segmentation, multicultural marketing, and customer journey mapping. Strong background in brand storytelling, digital marketing, paid media, and direct response marketing.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Abilities: Proficient in English; able to leverage data insights, performance analytics, and AI-driven marketing tools to optimize campaigns.
