Job Title: Framer Job Description
We are seeking skilled framing carpenters to join our team for new build construction projects. These projects include high-end, custom new builds as well as multifamily commercial constructions. You will be working with stick framing, prefab walls, wall panels, and wood siding.
ResponsibilitiesEnjoy per diem benefits including hotel accommodations and a food stipend. The company offers a flexible schedule with the opportunity for a long weekend if weekly hours are met. There is constant growth potential, with opportunities for learning, skill development, and promotion based on merit. Many employees have a long tenure, advancing from carpenter to foreman to job superintendent.
Work EnvironmentWork hours are from 7 AM to 4/5 PM, Monday through Friday, with optional weekend overtime available. Crews typically range from 4-5 members, with larger teams of 7-12 for commercial projects and 25+ for the biggest jobs.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of St Paul, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
