NuWest Travel Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum Manager for a travel nursing job in San Bernadino, California.

Unit:
We are a 12 bed L&D service a very high-risk population with a maternal fetal medicine service and residency/fellowship program . Our population is 97% Medicaid, and we hold contracts with public entities, including the local incarceration systems and mental health systems.
Requirements:
- CA license, BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification
- Min 2 years of full scope manager-level history, including experience with budgets, staffing, performance evaluations, improvement and disciplinary actions, productivity, and experience with compliance and regulatory surveys, nursing unions and HR interactions.
- Knowledge of title 22 perinatal requirements is needed.
- Good communication and conflict resolution skills are necessary.
Desired Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of experience as a licensed Registered Nurse with two (2) or more years of experience supervising professional staff in acute care. A Master of Science in Nursing is high desired.
