Job Description & Requirements ~ Specialty: Certified Surgical Technologist ~ Discipline: Allied Health Professional ~ Start Date: 09/15/2025 ~ Duration: 13 weeks ~40 hours per week ~ Shift: 8 hours, days ~ Employment Type: Travel Aya 2988310 Seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist for a busy operating room performing gender-affirming, reconstructive, and microvascular procedures. Cases include breast reconstructive surgeries (DIEP flaps), head and neck reconstruction, major flaps, micro hand surgeries, plastics, ENT, neurosurgery, orthopedic total joints, and urology. The technologist will provide surgical scrub assistance, maintain sterile fields, manage instrumentation, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficiency and patient safety. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields. Assist surgeons during operative procedures. Handle and account for instruments, supplies, and specimens. Adhere to aseptic, sharps, and laser safety protocols. Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure procedural success. Support a wide range of specialties including plastics, ENT, neuro, ortho, and urology.
