Title & Survey Specialist | Hybrid | Jacksonville, FL | $60K–$75K
Are you detail-oriented and experienced in commercial real estate transactions? A well-established legal team is looking for a Title & Survey Specialist to support their growing real estate and housing practice.
📍 Location: Jacksonville, FL
🏠 Work Style: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
💰 Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 annually (based on experience)
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret title commitments, surveys, and related real estate documents
- Spot and resolve title discrepancies or issues
- Liaise with title companies, surveyors, and legal teams to ensure smooth closings
- Draft and respond to title objections
- Support attorneys with closing documentation and compliance
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all title/survey requirements are met
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and resolve concerns
🎓 Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent coursework)
- Prior experience in a title company or law firm, especially in commercial real estate
- Strong knowledge of title and survey documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
💻 Tech Skills:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Adobe Pro or Kofax
- DocuSign and ShareFile familiarity
- Experience with NetDocuments, Centerbase, or similar systems is a plus
