LaFace Flooring LLC is currently hiring for a Flooring Installer . Responsibilities Ability to install many flooring types including; carpet, hardwood, laminate, and tile. Skills in other trades are a plus. Participate in routine visual inspections. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Report directly to Project Manager. Qualifications 3-5 years previous work experience in construction required. Experience in other trades a plus. Strong attention to detail. Must be a team player. Excellent time management skills. Customer service experience. Core Competencies Ability to interact positively and respectfully, establishing cooperative working relationships. Ability to display excellent customer service to meet internal and external customer needs. Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively. Accuracy and productivity in a dynamic environment. Ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions. Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters. Physical Requirements Work may involve climbing, bending, pulling, reaching overhead, standing/walking for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Environmental Conditions Travel to various work sites daily. Work in varying temperatures, both inside and outside, including inclement weather.
