Experience: At least 1 year of short video operations experience, familiar with short video operation strategies, skilled in TikTok creative content production, shooting, and post-editing optimization.

Understanding of Overseas Users: Familiar with overseas user habits, familiar with foreign IPs; proficient in playing overseas social media, familiar with the rules and algorithms of increasing followers on various overseas social media platforms, such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.

TikTok Operations Management: At least 1 year of experience in TikTok operations management in North America, deep understanding of cross-border e-commerce industry, experience in overseas promotion or overseas SNS promotion-related work is preferred.

0 to 1 / Familiar with TikTok Operation Rules: Independently complete the TikTok 0 to 1 closed-loop construction.

Development and Execution of TikTok Content Strategy: Develop content strategies suitable for the TikTok platform based on the company's overall strategy and objectives.

Advertisement Optimization: Develop corresponding advertising delivery mechanisms and operation strategies for different products to improve conversion rates and video quality.

Influencer Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to achieve effective output.

Live Streaming: Familiar with TikTok live streaming rules, able to independently complete live streaming from 0 to 1 closed-loop construction.
