2 Temporary F/T Imaging Office Clerks Needed in Westchester, IL

Our client, a busy Union Health and Welfare Fund located in Westchester, Illinois, is looking to hire 2 temporary full-time Imaging Office Clerks to assist with an end-of-year backlog.

These are short-term temporary contract positions working full-time Monday-Friday from (8:30am to 4:00pm) daily for a total of 35 hours paid per week.

Reliability and regular attendance Monday-Friday (8:30am to 4:00pm) are required for these short-term temporary contract positions.

If offered one of the available Imaging Office Clerk Positions, you must be available to start in November of 2025.

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting with various office clerical tasks.
• Incoming mail preparation/scanning.
• Data entry of pertinent information into the computer system.
• Assisting with high-volume mailings.
• Daily preparation and assembling of outgoing mail.
• Mail management: sending out mail, opening, sorting, filing, and distributing mail. 
• Filing, faxing, scanning, and photocopying documents.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent and related office clerical support experience.
• High School Diploma
• Recent experience with mail machines is preferred.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency is required.
• Ability to type at least 45WPM with a high level of accuracy.
