Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and employment agreements.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
