The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing the electrical design and control programs for custom automation as well as: Must have background in the use of CAD design software and a wide array of PLC, HMI, robot, and machine vision software. Must have a working knowledge of best design practices for design and operation of custom equipment. It is preferred that applicants have experience working for a machine builder or automation provider. Qualifications Skills Required PLC Programming Advanced Autodesk Advanced Control System Design Advanced CAD Intermediate Behaviors Preferred Detail Oriented Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well. Functional Expert Considered a thought leader on a subject. Motivations Preferred Self-Starter Inspired to perform without outside help. Ability to Make an Impact Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization. Education Preferred Associates or better in Engineering. Experience Required Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working for a machine builder or automation provider.
