The Systems Integrator provides support to the US DOE Office of Legacy Management IT Projects team. The Systems Integrator will leverage their knowledge and experience to participate and aid teams that develop key new IT capabilities or to modernize and enhance existing capabilities, artifacts, and processes. Essential duties include participating in the overall design, selection, installation, modification, and operation of an information systems capability; applying company-specific project management methods; participating in IT Project Management, IT Governance, and IT Operations meetings to provide status updates, present planned configuration changes, assist in root cause analysis and issue resolution; understanding organizational structure and escalation processes; completing project tasks as directed; providing local support to site operations and staff including infrastructure systems, networking devices, client endpoints, and end-users; completing assignments according to standard operating procedures with manager input for non-standard tasks; and other duties as assigned. Education required is a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, with experience in lieu of education considered. Requires 5 or more years of applicable IT experience. US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization. Required screenings include drug screen, physical assessment (if applicable), background check, and driver record screen. Skills required include excellent communication, advanced analytical skills, project management knowledge, experience with M365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft Office, web conferencing tools, and exposure to cybersecurity systems and networking. Physical requirements include light work with some walking, standing, and occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. No supervisory responsibilities. Employment is at will. Compensation range is $63,512.90 - $80,415.63 depending on qualifications. The position includes a competitive benefits package.
