Studio Operations Manager

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Studio Operations Manager . This role is ideal for someone who loves systems and structure, has a passion for supporting a growing brand from the inside out, and who thrives in a creative environment,.

As Studio Operations Manager, you’ll run the day-to-day operations that keep our business moving—from inventory and account management to team coordination and e-commerce support. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure everything behind the scenes is seamless, efficient, and thoughtfully executed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and streamline all daily studio operations
  • Manage jewelry inventory: receiving, pricing, organizing, and restocking
  • Handle wholesale accounts: invoicing, shipping, and sales tracking
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels across sales channels
  • Coordinate and fulfill online orders with accuracy and care
  • Support hiring needs: identify gaps, source freelancers/contractors, and manage workflow
  • Update products and content on our e-commerce site
  • Work closely with the founder to improve systems and support strategic growth

  • Meticulously organized and detail-oriented
  • A self-starter — comfortable working independently and managing their own time
  • Confident juggling multiple responsibilities without needing constant oversight
  • Strong with numbers and confident managing inventory
  • Passionate about small brands and the creative industry
  • Experienced in retail operations, office management, or e-commerce (bonus for wholesale experience!)

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in operations, merchandising, e-commerce, or related field
  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets, and cloud-based tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in a product-based or retail environment is a plus
