THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS STORE ASSISTANT MANAGER ROLE:
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Benefits: Full-time Employees receive 1 week of PTO per year and enjoy base pay plus commission.
A Deeper look INTO THIS JOB
You oversee daily store operations alongside the manager, ensuring financial and operational efficiency. By promoting a customer-first approach, you drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. You manage purchasing, maintain inventory accuracy, and keep the store organized. You also ensure proper product displays, accurate pricing, and implement loss prevention and safety measures. On the technical side, you install automotive batteries, rebuild battery packs, replace device components, and program keys and fobs. As a leader, you assist in hiring and training new staff and take on supervisory duties when the Store Manager is absent.
