Nebraska Rural Radio Association is a broadcast company that owns and operates 15 radio stations across the state of Nebraska.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

KRVN AM/FM and KAMI are looking for a Station Manager to oversee the Lexington market. The ideal candidate would have strong experience in management and leading people. A good background in sales and programming. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate veteran staff are a must.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, Controller and other Station Managers (KTIC in West Point, KNEB in Scottsbluff, KAWL/KTMX in York, KBRY in Broken Bow). Ability to develop strategic plans that increase revenue for both the local market and company as a whole.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

Broadcast experience preferred.
