Base Pay Range $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Pay: 1st-Year Total Compensation Potential $75,000 – $85,000 (Uncapped Commission Plan) Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Benefits: Comprehensive package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, Simple IRA with 3% Match, PTO, Weekly Pay, Educational Assistance (with approval), and 8 Paid Holidays Requirement: Must have recent, previous staffing agency recruiting experience Position Overview We are seeking an Experienced Staffing Recruiter to join our team in Tulsa. This role is vital to sourcing, interviewing, and placing skilled trade candidates while managing a range of HR functions such as compensation, benefits, and contract negotiations. You will also mentor sourcing specialists and recruiters, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met. Staffing Recruiter Key Responsibilities Source, evaluate, and place candidates for skilled trade positions in designated markets. Conduct interviews (phone and in-person) to assess qualifications and job fit. Match candidate skills to job openings with the goal of achieving a weekly gross profit run rate of $6,500 within 12 months. Act as a secondary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring hiring needs are met. Submit qualified candidates for open positions and maintain job postings in the database. Write and interpret job descriptions, present candidates to clients, and facilitate the hiring process. Manage candidate documentation, including reference checks, background screenings, and drug tests. Assist with onboarding new hires, tracking documentation, payroll, and other HR-related functions. Participate in networking events, job fairs, and community outreach to promote opportunities. Stay current on industry trends and implement new recruiting technologies and practices for skilled trades. Staffing Recruiter Qualifications Minimum of three years’ experience in recruiting or staffing, or a combination of relevant education and experience. Proven experience in a staffing agency, particularly with high-volume commercial, skilled trades, or professional recruitment. Knowledge of Boolean search techniques is a plus. Strong technical skills with the ability to manage multiple systems effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Collaborative team player with a willingness to train and support colleagues. High adaptability, attention to detail, and strong commitment to follow-through.
