Overview Recruiting Coordinator — Automation Personnel Services is looking for a professional and motivated Recruiting Coordinator for our branch in Carrollton, TX. We are seeking someone with superior customer service and excellent communication skills, who is computer literate, has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Pay Range: $20-22 per hour, depending on experience Schedules and Hours Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate can work 40+ hours (including overtime when needed) and must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5:00 pm as needed. Duties and Responsibilities Recruiting job candidates. Screening and interviewing applicants. Adequately judging the quality of an applicant for correct placement. Processing payroll. Listening to and counseling employees and applying constructive criticism. Qualifications and Requirements Great customer service skills. Excellent communication skills. Computer-savvy and experienced user of Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent problem-solving skills. Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License with proof of insurance. Previous staffing experience is a plus, but not required. Previous inside sales and/or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
