Opportunity

We are looking for a highcraft, technicallyminded designer to help us design the future of Premiere Pro, our flagship videoediting application. You will work on new video editing capabilities that enable storytellers to produce professionalgrade content.

What youll do

• Work with crossfunctional teams to conceptualize and design new Premiere Pro features, applying usercentered design principles.
• Leverage prototypes, mockups, and storyboards to communicate design concepts to stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and prototypers to turn designs into highquality products.
• Facilitate design sprints, align on solutions, and maintain user experience consistency across the product.
• Balance product requirements, user feedback, and business objectives to deliver clear, elegant solutions.

What you need to succeed

Musthave

• A degree or equivalent experience in HCI, interaction design, visual design, or related field.
• Strong problemsolving skills and a technical, detailoriented approach.
• Experience translating complex design challenges into practical, aesthetically pleasing solutions.
• Strong visual & interaction design fundamentals and proficiency with Adobe creative tools (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop) and prototyping tools (Figma, Keynote, Sketch).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present concepts clearly to crossfunctional teams.
• A passion for empowering storytellers and video creators through design.

Nicetohave

• Experience designing for video, motion, or audio tools.
• Interest in AI and how it can augment the design process.
• Track record mentoring emerging designers and fostering inclusive, innovative design environments.
