The Grill at Morris Bridge is seeking a Sous Chef/Line Cook to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and help us to serve the best dishes in the area.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day culinary operations
• Assist in coordinating food and kitchenware orders
• Check freshness and quality of ingredients
• Assist in the development of menu items
• Standardize recipes and plate presentations
• Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
• Passion for food and cooking techniques
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to butcher meats and fish a plus

We are focused on bringing the basics back with top grade ingredients making unique and delicious food combined with great service in an upscale atmosphere. The menu is well rounded featuring Angus beef, fresh seafood and rich pasta dishes. Prices are moderate--competing with national franchises--but surpassing their quality.
