Job Overview

Mila’s Keeper is seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to join our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a fast-growing, purpose-driven start-up that’s changing the way moms experience breastfeeding.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and ready to wear multiple hats, from creating content to communities, values flexibility, is willing to learn, and wants to make a real difference in the lives of moms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a strategic digital plan to improve followers, engagement and sales conversions on multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Reddit, Youtube, and Pinterest.
  • Create, edit, post and schedule compelling content for social media @milaskeeper at least 4-5 times/week
  • Monitor social media trends across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze data on a weekly basis to meet key success metrics
  • Recruit and manage mom UGC or influencers
  • Manage affiliate program/community.
  • Establish collaborations with other brands and experts in lactation field such as giveaways, lives, interviews, etc
  • Create and manage online communities (i.e Facebook groups, reddit etc.)
  • Respond to DMs from customers, or questions related to social media collaborations/partnerships
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as needed in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience working in digital marketing.
  • Excellent written communication skills; able to write clearly, warmly, and professionally.
  • Experience using Canva or similar design software.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Meta certificates a plus
  • Experience creating and managing Meta and Tiktok Ads a plus.
  • Flexible, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
  • A genuine connection to or understanding of breastfeeding and motherhood is preferred.
