We’re looking for a talented  Social Media & Influencer Manager to elevate our digital presence and community.

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube to grow engagement and brand awareness.
• Manage content calendars, community engagement, and daily posting in alignment with the Barabas brand voice.
• Collaborate with the creative and e-commerce teams to produce visually stunning photo and video content for campaigns, lookbooks, and product launches.
• Manage and grow influencer and affiliate programs — sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining relationships with creators who embody the Barabas lifestyle.
• Capture and create visual content, including photography and videography (experience with product shoots and lifestyle content preferred).
• Edit and retouch photos and videos for high-quality social media presentation.
• Track performance metrics and campaign analytics to optimize growth and engagement.
• Stay up to date with fashion, culture, and social media trends to keep Barabas at the forefront of the menswear conversation.

• 3+ years of experience managing social media for a fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brand.
• Strong understanding of  influencer and affiliate marketing strategies.
• Skilled in  photography, videography, photo retouching, and video editing.
• Excellent storytelling and aesthetic sense aligned with high-end fashion.
• Proficient with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Excellent communication, organization, and copywriting skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion and creativity.
