Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge, user-centric web and mobile applications. In this role, you will work with the latest frontend technologies such as ReactJS and Flutter to help build intuitive, real-time applications that deliver seamless 3D location tracking experiences.

You will take full ownership of the development lifecycle—from concept to deployment—collaborating with a dedicated Agile team to deliver innovative solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications using ReactJS
• Build cross-platform mobile applications with Flutter to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and WebSocket interfaces
• Apply modern UI/UX best practices using tools like Swagger OpenAPI, Postman, and microservice-driven delivery methods
• Participate in architecture discussions and advocate for scalable, maintainable, and cost-efficient frontend solutions
• Own projects end-to-end: from technical design to deployment and performance optimization
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering excellence across the team

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in ReactJS frontend development
• Hands-on expertise in Flutter for mobile application development
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha
• Proficiency with GitHub, CI/CD workflows, and modern version control systems
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) to track tasks and deliverables
• Ability to architect clean, scalable, and responsive UIs with a focus on user experience
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfort working in a collaborative, startup-style Agile environment
• Availability to align with a US Pacific Time Zone working schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with React-Native for mobile development
• Familiarity with microservice architecture and modular frontend design
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills for frontend applications

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Exposure to NodeJS for backend scripting or prototyping
• Familiarity with AWS services such as API Gateway, Cognito, Amplify, DynamoDB, and IAM
• Hands-on experience with performance optimization and frontend profiling tools
• Experience setting up and managing mobile CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane, Xcode, CircleCI)
