Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst Location: Dallas, TX (travel to AL)
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 base
Experience: 4–7 years
Overview:
We’re looking for a sharp Senior FP&A Analyst to join a growing, private equity-backed company in the Daphne/Mobile area. This role will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts to drive key business decisions and performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Build financial models and provide scenario planning
Analyze financial and operational performance
Develop KPIs and dashboards to track business metrics
Collaborate with teams across Accounting, Ops, and Sales
Present insights and recommendations to leadership
Requirements:
~ Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
~4–7 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
~ Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
~ Experience with ERP systems and data tools preferred
~ Industry background in manufacturing or similar is a plus
