This opportunity offers: Autononmy to make an impact Great work-life balance Fleixibility Upward mobility as the company continues to grow Strong leadership Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and forecasting processes Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Create dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear business insights Collaborate with business leaders to understand key drivers and support strategic initiatives Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting packages Support ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling to guide business decisions Partner with IT and data teams to improve data infrastructure and reporting automation Qualifications: ~ Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field ~3+ years of FP&A experience ~ Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is required
