Senior Executive Recruiter Miami, FL (On-site | Blue Lagoon area) | $60K - $75K plus tiered-based commissions About the Role A rapidly growing national recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to join its Miami-based team. This is a full-time, onsite position (Monday–Friday) focused entirely on recruiting — no sales, no client prospecting, and no business development. You’ll work on active searches across the U.S., covering a variety of industries and job functions. All roles are outside South Florida, so this is an ideal opportunity for someone who may be under a non-compete — no local conflict involved. What You’ll Do

• Run the full-cycle recruiting process: source, screen, interview, and close top talent
• Focus on professional and executive-level placements across multiple industries
• Build candidate pipelines using sourcing tools, CRM platforms, referrals, and outreach
• Collaborate closely with a performance-driven team that values speed and quality
• Keep detailed and organized records in internal tracking systems
• Stay sharp on trends and tools in the recruiting industry

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of agency recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
• A sharp, driven communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Someone who wants to recruit, not sell, and is motivated by impact and earnings
• Comfortable working onsite in the Blue Lagoon area (M–F)
