We are seeking a Senior B2B Marketing Manager (Contract) to join our marketing team. This is a great opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for content marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and high-impact brand execution. You'll play a key role in shaping how we communicate, present, and grow the Tandym brand.

A day in the life:

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies that engage and inspire audiences.
• Lead cross-team projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
• Craft and deliver compelling presentations for internal colleagues and external clients.
• Craft and refine messaging for Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and execute in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Design marketing collateral that adheres to branding guidelines and enhances visual storytelling.
• Contribute to the identification and tracking of KPIs for all marketing efforts.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in all aspects of marketing.
• Apply an understanding of product marketing concepts and planning.
• Create and manage visual assets using Canva & other tools, including editing/creating templates in line with company branding.
• Utilize Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

About you:

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in content marketing, design, and branding strategy.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and creativity.
• Comfortable working independently and owning deliverables from start to finish.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry.
• Familiarity with Seismic Marketing and WordPress.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong design and visual branding expertise.
• Experience in planning and executing event marketing.

Role Structure:

• Contract role, commitment on a contract basis for 3 days (24 hours) per week.
• During first few weeks onboarding, you'll be in our New York office for 2-3 days/week.
• Hybrid role, applicants must be able to commute to office in midtown New York City (near Grand Central Station) at least 1 day/week, after initial onboarding/training.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Tandym. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal pay parity relative to other Tandym employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Tandym to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
