In the role of Senior Aviation Project Manager , you'll be responsible for: Planning and managing all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects Independently coordinating work of professional staff and balancing team efforts throughout the entire project's development Establishing client relations and participating in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings Participating in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance Conducting work sessions for design development and contract documents in conjunction with other staff Coordinating workload through the project's development and ensuring timely completion of documents Tracking financial aspects of projects and adjusting work efforts to stay within schedule and budget Collaborating with Business/Accounting Managers or Project Controllers and Department Managers for project reviews Performing other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications A license or certification relevant to the field PMP certification

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field At least 7 years of related experience A minimum of 2 years project management experience Ability to interact effectively with various design teams, and possess excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills (both written and verbal) A commitment to participating actively in our employee-owned culture What We Believe HDR is our company.
