What will your role be?

Scalian is looking for a Scrum Master to support the end-to-end delivery of projects. In this role, you will facilitate Agile practices, foster team collaboration, and support the successful delivery of business initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to encourage continuous improvement, promote Agile values, and provide training where needed.

Activities:

• Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and team members
• Serve as a liaison between business teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding
• Monitor progress and support the team in delivering on time, within scope and budget
• Identify and help remove obstacles that may impact team delivery
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations
• Support deployment and adoption of business applications and processes
• Provide Agile training and coaching to team members and stakeholders as needed
• Contribute to portfolio planning and overall project visibility

What skills and qualifications are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a comparable field
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
• Scrum Master certification is required (e.g., CSM, PSM)
• SAFe certification is a plus
• Proven ability to train and coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and operational processes
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and levels of the organization
• Proficient in tools such as Google Suite and Google Data Studio
