MINIMUM 1 Year OF RECENT SCREEN-PRINTING EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Screen-Printing Operator to fill an opening at a promotional item warehouse in Sunnyvale, TX.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Requirements for the Screen-Printing Operator:

• Minimum of 6 months of recent screen-printing experience
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs.
• Experience operating manual and/or automatic screen-printing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, high-quality prints
• Ability to follow print specifications, layouts, and artwork instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and adapt to varying materials and products
• Ability to troubleshoot basic printing issues (ink flow, alignment, registration, etc.)
• Prior experience in roles such as Print Technician, Screen Print Press Operator, Garment Printer, or Textile Production Associate is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Screen-Printing Operator:

• Operate screen-printing machines to print designs on promotional items such as t-shirts, tote bags, and other custom products
• Set up screens, load garments, align prints, and monitor print quality throughout production
• Mix inks and ensure proper color matching per job specifications
• Inspect printed items for quality, consistency, and alignment
• Clean and maintain printing equipment and work area to ensure optimal performance
• Work with production team to meet daily quotas and project deadlines
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly
• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures
