SAP S/4HANA Consultant – Deployment, Testing & Training (Supply Chain & Finance)

Location: Brownsville, Texas (Preferred) – Travel to client industrial site in Northern Mexico (U.S. Border)

Hybrid role with collaboration with project team in Houston, TX

Position Summary:

SII Group USA is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant to lead the on-site deployment, testing, training, and support for an industrial facility located near the U.S.-Mexico border . The consultant will be responsible for implementing key SAP functionalities in Supply Chain and Finance , working closely with the Houston-based project team and local stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of SAP experience , including hands-on S/4HANA deployments , and is fluent in both English and Spanish . Proximity to Brownsville, Texas is strongly preferred to facilitate on-site collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the on-site SAP S/4HANA deployment at the industrial site in Northern Mexico.
• Work with Change Management leadership to understand current situation and desired outcome.
• Follow closely existing template design, documentations and processes.
• Manage system testing , user acceptance testing (UAT) , and end-user training phases.
• Support implementation and troubleshooting of SAP Supply Chain (MM, SD, WM) and Finance (FI/CO) modules.
• Using existing assets and direction, deliver effective training programs for operational, finance, and supply chain staff.
• Working with internal and integration partner resources, provide go-live and post-go-live support to ensure smooth operational transition.



• Collaborate closely with the Houston-based implementation team , reporting progress and issues.
• Work within a hybrid Agile/Waterfall project framework , using Jira for task management and team communication.
• Ensure localization, documentation, and compliance with company and site-specific requirements.
• Act as the bilingual liaison between the Mexico facility and the U.S. project leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of SAP implementation experience , with recent hands-on S/4HANA project work.
• Expertise in SAP modules:
• Supply Chain : MM, SD, WM
• Finance : FI, CO
• Proven track record in full-cycle SAP deployments , including UAT, training, and go-live support.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments .
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
• Proficient in Jira for managing tasks and project workflows.
• Strong communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently between Brownsville, TX and the Mexico site.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Based in or near Brownsville, Texas (preferred for travel convenience)
• SAP certifications in S/4HANA Supply Chain or Finance
• Experience with international/multi-site project teams
• Familiarity with hybrid Agile-Waterfall project delivery models
