The successful candidate will be responsible for driving SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical leads, and end-users. Ensure project milestones are met within agreed upon timelines and budget. Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress continuously. Address potential risks and issues, offering effective resolutions. Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure deliverables are aligned with business requirements and company standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field. Good understanding of SAP products such as SAP S/4 HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ARIBA, etc. Good understanding of SAP Public Cloud Implementation. Experience with total product landscapes (SAP and non-SAP systems exchanging information). APICS and/or PMP certification required. High-level understanding of the SAP integration and development tools, platforms such as API, CPI, BTP, etc. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project management, including at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations in S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud. SAP Activate Methodology certification. Strong knowledge and experience of S/4HANA implementation tool set provided by SAP (Roadmap viewer, Signavio, etc.). Strong understanding of S/4HANA data migration strategies and ETL tools. Exceptional leadership, organizational, team management, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to travel as required.
