Description Shift: Saturday & Sunday - 6:00a - 4:30p Operation of the floor scrubber to clean all floors within our production facility per company cleanliness standards. Cleaning of curbing within production facility utilizing proper chemicals. Assist with dish room duties, and cleaning of bathrooms, break rooms, offices and floors when needed. When necessary, it would involve cleaning after a blood incident, machine cleaning after maintenance work completed and assisting with production green sheet cleaning. Assist Sanitation Assistants in minor equipment cleaning and sanitation. Maintain efficiency standards and maintain all records as applicable. Follow all company policies and procedures to produce safe, quality and legal products. Requirements Knowledge of proper HACCP and GMP procedures and use lean manufacturing principles in all areas. Ability to organize and prioritize workload. Ability for bending, stooping, walking, reaching, grasping, carrying are required on a constant basis. Ability to stand on feet for entire work shift, normally 8 hours, is required. Ability to problem-solve and communicate clearly. Ability to work well with others in a team environment. Ability to think and work safety and work safely at all times and must follow all proper ergonomic and safety practices. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Must possess above average skills of the English language (understanding, speaking and reading). Must be able to perform simple math problems, including addition, subtraction and multiplication.
