Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions within healthcare and federal environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise across Salesforce Health Cloud, integrations, and compliance (including Shield and FedRAMP/GovCloud considerations). This role requires a strong background in architecture design, system integration, and data security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce architecture design, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business requirements with Salesforce capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices across Apex, Lightning, and API integrations.
• Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Shield for encryption, auditing, and data protection.
• Drive solution delivery within Agile frameworks using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Mentor developers and ensure adherence to architectural standards and DevOps practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications (Architect Level):

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
• Health Cloud certification highly desirable.
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 5+ years in an architect role.
• Strong expertise in Health Cloud and federal compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, API integrations, DevOps, OAuth, SSO, and Salesforce Shield.
• Experience designing secure, high-performing, large-scale systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Salesforce GovCloud environments.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare interoperability standards.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Senior Level (for reference):

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II , Health Cloud , or Application Architect .
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards (HL7, FHIR).
• Experience implementing Salesforce Shield and security solutions .
