Overview We are looking for a Salesforce Developer for a 100% Remote role (must currently reside in Maryland), 6 month +, 1099 contract. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder. No 3rd Party C2Cs Please. Summary: We’re seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions across enterprise applications. This role is ideal for a technically strong Salesforce professional who’s equally passionate about building great products and helping others grow. We’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to enhance our Salesforce environment and will be paired with one (and potentially more) Salesforce apprentices — providing technical guidance, mentorship, and hands-on coaching to help them develop into future leaders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Lightning applications and integrations. Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, controllers, and Visualforce pages . Write efficient, optimized SOQL queries and manage large data sets. Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems via Salesforce APIs and middleware. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical mentorship and coaching to Salesforce apprentices. Participate in code reviews, enforce best practices, and promote clean, maintainable code. Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant updates or enhancements. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform . Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Lightning Applications . Strong command of Apex , SOQL , and Visualforce . Experience developing and maintaining Salesforce Integrations and working with Salesforce APIs . Familiarity with Salesforce List Builder Application (or similar custom tools). Proven ability to coach and mentor junior developers or apprentices. Salesforce Developer Certification(s) strongly preferred (Platform Developer I/II).
