What we expect The first 3 letters in workplace safety are Y-O-U! TK Elevator is seeking a motivated Salesforce Administrator Intern- Summer 2025 Internship in Atlanta, GA . This position provides a fantastic opportunity to become part of our IT team as a Salesforce Administrator and Scrum Team Member, offering valuable hands-on experience in the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC), Salesforce platform management, Agile practices, and enterprise IT operations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Assist in managing Salesforce configurations, including user setups, roles, profiles, and permissions. Support data maintenance activities, such as data imports, exports, and validation. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce issues reported by users. Help implement and test Salesforce updates, features, and customizations. Actively engage in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user stories and ensure requirements are well-documented. Contribute to the delivery of sprint tasks and project milestones within an Agile framework. General IT Activities: Support various phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment. Assist in documentation efforts, including process diagrams, test scripts, and system configurations. Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand business requirements and IT solutions. Who we are looking for EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Strong oral and written communication skills. Knowledge or understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time-management skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
