Who Are Our Casual Package Delivery Drivers?

Our Casual Package Delivery Drivers are the heart of our operations. They drive our iconic brown trucks, bringing joy and convenience to our customers. If you love fast-paced work, being outdoors, and being behind the wheel, this is the job for you!

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License: No CDL required (license type varies by state).
• Health Requirements: Pass the DOT physical.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and driving skills.
• Work Authorization: Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Professional Appearance: Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform.

Your Work Schedule:

As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you’ll work 8 to 10 hours per day . Your workdays may vary, typically from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, depending on business needs.

Note: This is a seasonal role, but it’s a fantastic way to kickstart your career at UPS. Many seasonal drivers transition into permanent positions, which come with amazing benefits! Permanent, full-time delivery drivers earn an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year , including:

• $0 healthcare premiums
• Up to seven weeks of paid vacation
• Paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days
• Contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan
