What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a driven FOH Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant setting. You’ll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience, leading FOH operations, and inspiring a high-performing team. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills are a must.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Base Salary : $60,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee all Front of House operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Collaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to create seamless service coordination
• Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to achieve peak performance
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost control effectively
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
