Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – New York
Position Summary
We are hiring Licensed Mental Health Counselors to provide virtual therapy to individuals and families across New York. This full-time position allows you to deliver client-centered care from home while collaborating with a supportive team.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- Annual salary: $115,000 – $120,000

Responsibilities
- Facilitate secure telehealth sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans
- Coordinate care with other providers to support client progress
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
- Participate in training to stay current with best practices
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Active New York license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- At least 2 years of therapy experience
- Specialization in trauma, family counseling, or substance use a plus
- Strong communication and telehealth skills
