We’re seeking a detail-oriented, customer-first Remote Customer Experience Assistant to join our virtual support team. In this role, you will engage with customers through email, chat, and phone, providing accurate, timely, and professional support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
Deliver personalized solutions by identifying and understanding each customer's unique needs
Accurately document customer interactions and update records in CRM or support systems
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues
Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or virtual support roles is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a remote setting
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly
Must have a reliable internet connection
