Job Summary
¢ Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
¢ Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes
¢ Deliver safe, efficient, and effective nursing care while maintaining a patient-centered environment

Key Responsibilities
¢ Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately
¢ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
¢ Monitor and record patient vital signs and responses to treatment
¢ Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and care plans
¢ Coordinate follow-up care and referrals as needed
¢ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
¢ Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
¢ Support the clinic team in delivering high-quality patient care and improving workflow efficiency

Required Qualifications
¢ Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
¢ Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent
¢ Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting
¢ Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
¢ Proficiency in using electronic medical records and clinical systems
¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
¢ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
¢ Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
¢ Experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting
¢ Bilingual abilities are a plus

Certifications
¢ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
¢ Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
